I provide marketing and AI consulting services, including the AI & Marketing Quick Audit, strategy consulting, workshops, written reports, live walkthrough calls, and related downloadable digital products.

The exact scope, timing, and deliverables are those shown on the relevant booking or purchase page, or agreed with you in writing.

Payment is required in full to confirm a booking or complete a digital product purchase. A booking is not confirmed until payment is successfully received. Any approved refund is handled under the Return & Refund Policy.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, appropriate access, and any materials reasonably needed to complete the work. Delays or incomplete information may affect the schedule and the usefulness of the recommendations.

Audit reports, templates, workshop materials, and digital products remain my intellectual property unless we agree otherwise in writing. Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive right to use them for your own business or personal work.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, copy for third parties, or present these materials as your own without my written permission.

My findings and recommendations are professional advice based on the information available at the time. Marketing, platform, advertising, and AI outcomes depend on many factors outside my control, so I do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, reach, leads, or other results.

You remain responsible for business decisions and implementation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability relating to a service or product will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific service or product.

You must not use my services, reports, or products for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data; or use the materials to violate another person's rights or a platform's rules.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Egypt, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
