Return & Refund Policy

I want the terms around cancellations and refunds to be clear before you book or buy. This policy applies to the AI & Marketing Quick Audit and to downloadable digital products sold through bynemam.com.
The audit service
The AI & Marketing Quick Audit is a one-time paid diagnostic service. It includes review and analysis, a written action report, and a live walkthrough call.
Cancelling before delivery
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled audit call, you can request a full refund to your original payment method.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled call, and missed appointments, are reviewed case by case. Where practical, I may offer one rescheduled appointment instead of a refund.
After the audit is delivered
Once the audit call has been delivered or completed, the service is considered delivered and is not refundable. This reflects the time already spent reviewing your materials, preparing the findings, and providing the report and walkthrough.
Downloadable digital products
Digital products are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or access has been provided. If a file is defective, corrupted, or cannot be accessed, contact me within 7 days of purchase. I will first provide a working replacement and, if that is not possible, issue a refund.
How to request a refund
Email hello@bynemam.com with the email used for your booking or purchase, your order or payment reference, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time they take to appear depends on the payment provider.
